We had an AWESOME time celebrating the boys' birthdays at this hotel! Erin was amazing at check-in! She helped make our stay exceptional with her friendly customer service and swift resolutions to any concerns. Our room was immaculate! This is the first hotel that didn't cause me issues with my many allergies. It's very clean and well maintained. Nothing was broken anywhere in the hotel. The kids had so much fun with all of the amazing activities from the moment we walked in. All of the staff were so friendly and inviting. They were helpful with anything we needed. We really enjoyed having family time for breakfast at the in hotel restaurant - Dragon's Den. They have a full service breakfast buffet with every breakfast food you can think of! The boys loved getting to swim in the heated pool even though it was cool in the evening. One of the best things about our stay was getting to walk straight into the theme park when we were finished with our yummy breakfast. If you're wondering if the birthday gift package is worth it, it totally is! Both of my boys were so excited and grateful to receive them! There was a knock on our door and a special delivery from a friendly lady. They loved having their birthday banners on our door for our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much, none of us wanted to leave. We can't wait to go back again!

We had a fabulous time. We had the most basic room and found it spacious and the kids loved having a bunk bed, in their own room, with their own TV. Room included lego to build with, and area to make your own lego picture on the wall. Castle is beautiful, play area is massive, although we didn't end up using the pool it looked nice as well. Room included a scavenger hunt with lego minifigure at the end.

Our stay here was great. Our room was very clean as were the hallways. Our 17 month old had a great time. There are so many evening events going on at the hotels after Legoland closes and the staff give their all to make it a great experience for kids and families. We would definitely return.

First time staying here, we've always stayed at another hotel near by and overall it was way more worth it to stay at the Castle Hotel. Price wise it was pretty much the same wasn't really saving and the fact that you can just end your day and walk right into your hotel as soon as you leave the park was the best part. Made it easy too not to have to carry everything with us when going to the water park. We just walked back into our hotel changed and went back to enjoy the rest of the day in the park and not carrying all of our wet stuff with us. Food was good and staff was great.

We stayed at the Legoland Castle Hotel for two nights on a mid-week package. Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms, kids have a separate room in the suite. Knight-themed room was great. There's a large screen TV in the courtyard that plays Lego shows and movies until 10 p.m. If you can't keep your kiddo away from a screen, you'll want to ask for a room not facing the TV. Breakfast food was decent, nothing special. We didn't eat at the hotel for dinner - prices were exorbitant. No reason for that either, there are plenty of restaurants right outside the Legoland complex. This isn't a ski resort at the top of a mountain with nothing else around. Fortunately everything else was reasonably priced - expensive but not over the top. Not even in the park. Overall, this is something every parent should do with their kids at least once. Our 8 year old loved it. We saw a lot of really little kids but I'd wait unti grade school age to take kiddos.

Kids absolutely loved the hotel. It’s set up nicely in the room with a separate kids sleeping area. We came in February on a non weekend and it was absolutely packed to the point of long waits for dinner and breakfast.. can’t imagine what it’s like in the summer. You get early access to the park with the hotel but not all of the park, just the dino area and costal cruise and NINJAGO.. so we ended up waiting an hour for coastersaurus even with entering early. The staff was very helpful especially the bellhops, the place was clean and the pool is great for little kids (a graduated entry pool that’s heated so it was great even in a cooler February evening). Great for kids under 5, not sure for older kids since the deeper end isn’t big. Games all over the place, so even while waiting for breakfast the kids could do stuff. Breakfast was ok, big selection but a lot of fried/instant mix eggs and stuff

Three night great trip with my grandchildren turned out to be a wonderful time. The hotel is fun. We had the wizard room Park closes at 6 PM and it’s quiet as mostly children are asleep so the hotel was not noisy in the evening. Staff are very friendly. The park was great both the hotel and the park were very sensitive towards our allergy requests with food and made sure that we had the right things to eat. A really great hotel for young kids. My family had the best time in the themed rooms with the special safe and little gift inside every day. Breakfast was free. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and one night for dinner and went out a few other nights to the local area . Check out was a breeze. They picked up my bags on time and help pack the car.

Overall we had a great trip! The room was clean, the bed and pillow were comfy. We really enjoyed our day at legoland. My son said it was a dream come true. We loves the easy access to the park, the pool, and a playground kept my son busy the whole time.

We loved our stay at the Legoland Castle! It was perfect for our kids and the attention to detail amazed me. The kids loved having their own separate area with bunkbeds, TV, and lights the glow on the ceiling. The master King bed was also very comfortable. In the bathroom the toilet seats even have a special extra seat for toddlers so it’s easy for them. If you fill out the treasure challenge you get a free Lego set for each or the kids every day in your vault. We also loved going to the pool/hot tub, and they also have so many activities and characters for the kids to meet. Just exceptional! Loved it!

Right at the entrance of Legoland with an early access to the park. Parking is included with your stay, so don't pay for parking upon entering the park. Once the park closes, the castle offers entertainment for the kids to keep them having joyful fun and being entertained. Included breakfast is different each morning as well. Recommended two days at the park visit (half side on each day)
